The inspector initially doubted me, but scaled his ladder at my insistence. Well, it turned out that the home had some ‘bonus’ residents that the seller did not disclose. A family of raccoons had made quite a home in part of the attic!

During inspections, I noticed a hole under an eave that was barely visible from 15 feet away.
