1. Initial consultation

We’ll discuss your goals, motivation, timeline, and options in the current market. I’ll follow-up with clear, candid guidance you can use, regardless of if we decide we're a good fit for one another.

If we decide to work together, I’ll turn what I learn about your goals into a clear, personalized plan so you can move forward with confidence. I’ll handle the details, keep everything on track, and be your go-to person the entire time. 

3. Advocate through closing

Many of the most costly decisions happen after you’re under contract. I will continue to advocate for your goals and never push you to close a deal that doesn’t serve your goals.
